Your laptop must be connected to its charger throughout the entire activation process. If the battery runs out mid-activation it may need to be restarted from the beginning.
A fast and stable internet connection is required for the remote activation process. Activation typically takes 1 to 2 hours to complete. Your laptop must remain switched on and connected throughout. You do not need to watch — we will contact you when everything is complete and ready to use.
